Tech Blaze Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 97 690 822 925) operates IDProva Cloud. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information We Collect
Account information
Name, email, organization name, billing details.
Service data
Agent Identity Documents (AIDs), Delegation Attestation Tokens (DATs), action receipts, and registry metadata that you store through IDProva Cloud.
Usage data
API call volumes, feature usage, error rates — used to operate and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate IDProva Cloud
- To send service notifications and security alerts
- To generate compliance reports (at your request)
- To improve service reliability and performance
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.
4. Data Storage and Residency
Service data is stored in the region you select. Government tier customers may select AU-only data residency, ensuring all data remains in Australian data centres.
5. Data Sharing
We only share your information with:
- Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (under data processing agreements)
- As required by Australian law or valid legal process
6. Data Retention
Service data is retained while your account is active. Upon account termination, data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted within 90 days.
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
8. Your Rights
Under the APPs, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Complain about a breach of the APPs
